Volunteer Day 3.14.15

What can 44 people accomplish on a wet, muddy, cold, cloudy day? They can do amazing things and make so much happen!

This past Saturday on March 14th, over 44 volunteers gathered from four different states. We had friends and family from Wisconsin, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina come together to help us at Bright Side Youth Ranch. With their hard work, we set 78 fence posts, staked out another paddock, cleared the back field of brush, filled holes, cleaned up around the pond, fed the entire group throughout the day, and keep track of paperwork. They all worked with positive attitudes and filled the ranch with joy.

We are so incredibly blessed by everyone who came out and worked so hard. It’s breathtaking to see a vision move from paper to solid reality and to discover what can happen in a single day.

Thank you to all who took part in making our first Volunteer Day possible and absolutely amazing!
