Trails of Hope
Trails of Hope is a unique outreach program of Bright Side Youth Ranch, offered in partnership with Westminster Park in Rock Hill, SC. Through guided trail rides, participants experience the beauty of God's creation while engaging in Scripture-based conversations and activities that inspire hope, encourage reflection, and point them to the love of Jesus. Whether someone is new to Bright Side or looking for a meaningful outdoor experience, Trails of Hope offers a welcoming introduction to the heart and mission of our ministry.
Trails of Hope is offered one Saturday each month and is open to youth and families seeking a meaningful outdoor experience that combines horses, nature, and faith-based encouragement.
Trails of Hope takes participants through 80 beautiful acres of scenic trails at Westminster Park, made possible through their generous partnership with Bright Side Youth Ranch. As riders journey through God's creation, they engage in Scripture-based lessons and meaningful conversations that encourage hope, faith, and healing. What begins as a trail ride often becomes an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and encounter the peace and truth found in Jesus.
These guided trail rides are more than just a recreational experience. They provide an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the beauty of God's creation, and engage in meaningful conversations centered on Scripture and hope. Through horses, nature, and faith-based encouragement, participants are invited to experience peace, reflection, and a deeper connection with God.

Preparing for your ride:
- Complete the registration to reserve your day and time
- Review and sign the Release Form
- Wear comfortable clothes that fit you well.
- Wear closed-toed shoes or boots.
- Wear long pants.
- Remember sunscreen and bug spray.
Requirements
- Ages 10-18
- 225 lbs weight limit
- Helmets are required and provided.
- No previous riding experience is needed.
