Thank you for your interest in being a Table Host for Bet on Bright Side by sponsoring a table and inviting friends to the event on May 4, 2024, at Bright Side Youth Ranch in York, SC. We are so grateful for your vital part in making this evening memorable and remarkable. Each table seats 8 people.

We have digital Save the Date cards that you can share with others. These help your guests have a reminder for the event, and you are welcome to share the website link as well, just to make sure they have all of the pertinent details.

Please note the following dates as part of the next steps:

April 15th - Table Sponsorship due ($500)

April 27th - Please turn in all guest names so that we can have final numbers

May 4th - Bet on Bright Side Derby Party

Here are some additional details about the event:

5:00 to 8:30 pm - Event activities, music, food, silent auction, Derby coverage, program, and an opportunity to meet the horses (cash bar also available)

*please note this is an outdoor event - we do recommend sturdy shoes or boots
