Thank you for your interest in being a Table Host for Bet on Bright Side by sponsoring a table and inviting friends to the event on May 2, 2026, at Bright Side Youth Ranch in York, SC. We are so grateful for your vital part in making this evening memorable and meaningful.

A table sponsorship is $500 and seats 8 guests. Rather than selling individual tickets, we ask table hosts (or host couples) to underwrite the cost of the table. This allows you to personally invite friends, family, or colleagues to attend at no cost to them.

As you consider who to invite, we encourage you to think about those in your life who might be looking for ways to get more connected in the community, who have a heart for helping children and families, or who are natural encouragers, networkers, and connectors. This evening is a meaningful opportunity to bring people together around a shared purpose and introduce them to the work God is doing through Bright Side.

Your guests simply come, enjoy the evening, and experience the heart of Bright Side Youth Ranch — hearing the stories, seeing the impact, and learning how God is using horses to bring hope and healing to kids and families.

Table sponsorships also serve an important purpose behind the scenes. They help cover the event's expenses, so every gift given during the event goes directly to the ranch and its programs. We’ve found this approach creates a more generous, mission-focused evening and ultimately allows us to serve more children.

We have a digital Save the Date that you can share with others. You can also use this link. This helps your guests have a reminder for the event, and you are welcome to share the website link as well, just to make sure they have all of the pertinent details. You can also use the buttons below for submitting guest names and the sponsorship payment. (Note: When you click the “Pay for Table” button, you will be directed to our donation page on the Bright Side Youth Ranch website. April 26th - Please turn in all guest names so that we can have final numbers

May 2nd - Bet on Bright Side Derby Party

Here are some additional details about the event:

5:00 to 8:30 pm - Event activities, music, food, silent auction, Derby coverage, program, and an opportunity to meet the horses (cash bar also available)

*please note this is an outdoor event - we do recommend sturdy shoes or boots
